Accommodation The Cottage provides a comfortable, non-smoking, two bedroomed, centrally heated family accommodation. (all fuel included in the rent). Off street parking for two cars. Wireless internet connection.
The Living /Dining Room. A comfortable lounge with exposed beams and central heating, with a traditional cast-iron tiled open fireplace. The room is equipped with Freeview TV and DVD player, cottage suite, dining table and chairs. French doors lead to a patio, outdoor eating and seating area, BBQ and large south facing garden.
The Kitchen The exposed beamed kitchen is modernised to a high standard with a range of base units, fridge, cooker with ceramic hob and double oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. The cottage is fully equipped including towels and teacloths.
Hallway and Cloakroom The hallway is off the living room, leading to the stairs and downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin. Bathroom The family bathroom, has a bath with an electric shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
Bedroom one Traditionally furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, Travel cot available. Bedroom two Full size double bed with single bed above, wardrobe and chest of drawers
